5 Simple, Natural Approaches to Stress Management

I had so much fun and was so honored to have been a part of an awesome event this past weekend with other Des Moines based female entrepreneurs. I loved joining a conversation about women’s health and natural approaches to stress management as well as hormonal balance.

✨get enough sleep- track it if you can. Your circadian rhythms set the tone for your whole day
✨movement matters – make sure you move in a way you love – walking, yoga, spin class
✨eat the rainbow- different colors mean different phytonutrients and that you’re getting good variety in your diet
✨stat hydrated- aim for half your body weight in ounces
✨connect with your breath- breath work can help keep you in the moment and calm your nerves
