On top of this, watching mom and dad eat healthy and nutritious foods encourages that behavior in your little one.
Also a fun twist: occasionally let your kiddo take ownership and teach them how to cook nourishing foods. A lot of kids LOVE helping. When you teach them early how to make those foods, they will be more likely to choose to make them in the future.
