Lemon Protein Balls

Fun fact: My favorite dessert flavor is lemon, so whenever I find a great, healthy dessert recipe involving lemon I have to share it

In a bowl:
3/4 cup shredded coconut – unsweetened
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp honey
1.5 scoops FNX Refuel Vanilla Milkshake
▪️Mix together

Then add:
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
▪️Mix together

Roll into balls and eat! I generally refrigerate about an hour before I roll them because they are easier to roll into balls.

For more lemon or lime flavor ZEST the lemon or lime as too much juice will cause your protein balls to be too runny and they will not form a ball correctly.
