What’s in your fridge?? Here’s what’s in mine:

Every time I go to the grocery store, I try to make sure my cart is a majority vegetables, fruits, meat and eggs.
I minimize dairy, refined sugar, refined grains and alcohol and have been gluten free for about 5 years.

I also do food prep and meal prep on my grocery days so in my containers, I have chopped pineapple and watermelon, chopped carrots, celery, and broccoli. I also have homemade bone and vegetable broth as well as a fajita veggie mix.

Healthy eating starts with a healthy cart and a healthy fridge.
