In an effort to get more good fats in my diet- because let’s face it, you can never have enough- I created this amazing creamy avocado dressing. I used it on salad, eggs, tacos, basically anything you can imagine. It keeps for about 5 days in an air tight container in the fridge. If you want to look fancy but not have to try hard (like, my favorite thing) this recipe is for you. Making your own dressings looks super baller, but is actually one of the easiest steps you can take.
-1/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup mashed avocado
-1/2 lemon, juiced
-2 tbsp chives
Blend in blender or with food processor
