Protein Balls

These are perfect for your friends and family with a sweet tooth because it steers them away from added sugars and more toward a protein base. Disclaimer** this still has sugar from dried fruit, peanut butter, and honey. As another disclaimer- these never last very long, whether it’s my boyfriend or myself that eats the whole container

2.5 cups of oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
1/4 cup almond slivers
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup dried coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped dried fruit (I use apricots or cranberries)
3 scoops of your favorite vanilla protein powder
Mix together & let set in the fridge for about an hour
Roll into balls and seal in an airtight container for the best preservation.
