Easy Egg Muffins

These are sure to become a fast favorite and a part of your breakfast meal prep routine. Pre-portioned and full of protein and flavor, they make a simple, warm breakfast. I also love them for if I have people over for a brunch. Added bonus,, they are easy to make and not too much prep is involved.
