I suppose I should start this blog off with a little information about me. Hi, I’m Brooke. I decided to start a blog because I have a ton that I want to share with a wellness community. I have a bunch of recipes, work outs, and activewear that I’m so excited to start to share with the world. The best part? It’s so simple you can start tomorrow.
In my spare time I love running, hiking, yoga, biking, cooking, and reading. You can find me dropping into a workout class in the winter and out paddle boarding or kayaking in the summer. I also have an adorable little rescue pup that I get to take on adventures with me.
